PMB is an innovative wood panel manufactured with a full eucalyptus multi-layer core and high-density fine particle surface layers in a continuous flat-press line. The unique structure combines the strength and stability of plywood with the smooth surface required for direct lamination. Key Performance ·Thickness Tolerance: ±0.05 mm – High dimensional accuracy. ·Direct Lamination Substrate – No additional surface material required. ·MDI Adhesive – Formaldehyde-free with excellent moisture resistance. ·Surface Density: >900 kg/m³ – Compatible with the lamination parameters of particle board and MDF, suitable for melamine paper, wood veneer, PET film and various decorative finishes.
