PVC Membrane Vacuum Press Adhesive

It is a water-based, high-performance polyurethane dispersion (PUD) based membrane press adhesive. Specially formulated for the furniture industry, it is designed for the three-dimensional (3D) bonding of PVC membrane foils to MDF and particleboard surfaces using vacuum or membrane press machines. Key Features High Heat Resistance: Displays excellent thermal resistance after curing; prevents the foil from peeling or lifting in environments exposed to temperature and humidity fluctuations, such as kitchens and bathrooms. Low Activation Temperature: Reacts quickly even at lower temperatures, saving energy and protecting thin foils from heat damage. Excellent Atomization & Levelling: Applies homogeneously via spray guns, ensuring a smooth finish without causing orange peel effects or surface irregularities.
