D3 WOOD GLUE It is a D3 water-based PVAc emulsion adhesive that dries to a translucent finish and has a high bonding strength. It is a homopolymer adhesive that can be used to bond solid wood products to each other even in high humidity. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ¦ Low/medium viscosity. ¦ Forms a transparent film layer upon curing. ¦ Corresponds to water resistance class D3, according to DIN EN 204. ¦ Provides excellent adhesion even in material with high humidity. ¦ Contains special preservatives against mold and bacteria. AREAS OF USE Possibility of use in automatic finger joint machines for gluing non-removable furniture fasteners. Excellent for bonding materials such as solid wood, chipboard and MDF to each other using cold pressing. It can be used for all types of furniture repair. Good for making wooden molds. Recommended for thickening cold-pressed MDF in the manufacture of shoe heels.
