Welcome to Zimmer GmbH Daempfungssysteme! As a subsidiary of the Zimmer Group, we have been setting new standards in the development of innovative damping systems since 2004. Recently, we also added hinges and hardware packages to our portfolio. Our products stand out because of their regional manufacture at our Rheinau site and short transport routes. We are a one-stop shop, from initial customer enquiry to product development and series production. Our production processes are fully automated and state-of-the-art. In order to guarantee the highest quality, each individual product is tested several times in series and our production facilities are also developed and manufactured in-house. This is one of the many reasons why our company is one of the leading suppliers to almost all major fitting and furniture manufacturers. In addition, our excellent products are also used in craft businesses, the automotive industry and in the manufacture of white goods. In every production step, our focus is on environmental and climate protection and advanced quality assurance. To meet these demands, our company is certified according to numerous international standards.Our products don t bear this seal of quality for nothing! We are proud of our manufacturing location in Rheinau, Germany, where development and production work hand in hand. All our products, including self-closing units, are manufactured here in our highly automated factory. In recent years, we have manufactured several hundred million dampers on site and shipped them worldwide. Our strict quality control during the production process is ensured by industrial image processing, which enables comprehensive inspection of critical geometric features. We consider high volumes and consistent quality to be key elements of our corporate philosophy. The customised manufacture of dampers and self-closing devices in our Development Department is an ongoing process in which we take customer requests into account and undertake continuing optimisation. Consistent internal quality testing ensures that every single damper meets our high standards.
