Joker, high tenacity corespun sewing thread, is produced by wrapping natural cotton fiber over polyester filament. This wrapped cotton protects the high tenacity polyester filament core from high heat of needle and iron. Polyester core with strength allows getting a perfect seam appearance with finer thread sizes on soft fabrics. It is resistant to heavy chemicals and after denim washing process, it provides matching natural colour stitches with denim.
