2K FAST ADHESIVE (MDF KIT) It is a two-component and very strong adhesive. It consists of a cyanoacrylate-based adhesive and an activating spray that speeds up the bonding process. Adhesive can be used in a wide variety of applications. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ■ Easy to apply. ■ Excellent bond strength and adhesion. ■ Very fast curing time (5-10 seconds). ■ The use of an activator ensures adhesion in a matter of seconds. AREAS OF USE Used for bonding wood, MDF, chipboard, rubber, plastic, leather, cork and many metal materials. It is also used in various repairs, reconstructions, model making, layout creation, gluing MDF profiles and gluing decorative accessories.

HOTMELT ADHESIVE (STRAIGHT LINE 180-210°C) This is a hot melt adhesive that provides perfect adhesion, designed for high speed and medium speed edgebanders. In addition to its natural white color, it is an edge adhesive with a high to medium flow. Not suitable for acrylic tapes. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ■ Specially made for medium/fast machines. (15 -35 m/min) ■ White / Natural color. ■ Provides perfect adhesion. ■ Suitable for roller gluing machines. ■ Possesses high heat resistance ■ High temperatures are allowed. AREAS OF USE Used for bonding PVC, ABS, melamine, laminate and solid edge strips to panel edges such as MDF and chipboard in automatic edgebanders.

D3 WOOD GLUE It is a D3 water-based PVAc emulsion adhesive that dries to a translucent finish and has a high bonding strength. It is a homopolymer adhesive that can be used to bond solid wood products to each other even in high humidity. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ■ Low/medium viscosity. ■ Forms a transparent film layer upon curing. ■ Corresponds to water resistance class D3, according to DIN EN 204. ■ Provides excellent adhesion even in material with high humidity. ■ Contains special preservatives against mold and bacteria. AREAS OF USE Possibility of use in automatic finger joint machines for gluing non-removable furniture fasteners. Excellent for bonding materials such as solid wood, chipboard and MDF to each other using cold pressing. It can be used for all types of furniture repair. Good for making wooden molds. Recommended for thickening cold-pressed MDF in the manufacture of shoe heels.

UNIVERSAL SILICONE Silicone is a bonding, sealing and filling chemical with 100% silicone content. Creates a strong bond with glass, joinery, metal, tile, parquet, PVC and other building materials and so on. Has a wide range of applications. It can be polished, cleaned after curing. Provides insulation against water, wind and dust. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ■ Not recommended for gluing mirrors as it may cause corrosion. ■ Provides excellent adhesion even to glossy surfaces. ■ Acetoxy curing. ■ 100% silicone. ■ Contains preservatives against fungus and mold. ■ High elongation factor. ■ Is flexible. Does not lose elasticity after drying. AREAS OF USE Used as a filler in glass assembly, with edges and joints of tiles, sinks, toilets, showers, etc. It can be used for general purpose bonding, water and wind insulation around joinery, and indoor waterproofing.

UPHOLSTERY ADHESIVE It is an elastic one-component solvent based adhesive suitable for general applications. Its most important feature is that it is non-flammable. Commonly used as an adhesive for mattresses and floor coverings. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS ■ Manufactured from elastomer and solvent. ■ Non-flammable. ■ Of red color. ■ Fast curing. ■ Excellent adhesion. ■ Suitable for use with a pistol. ■ Liquid structure. PUR MARINE GLUE PUR adhesive is your choice when a strong and water resistant bond is required. After 2 hours, the bonded materials can be sanded or trimmed. Polyurethane adhesive, moisture curing, used for bonding wood to various types of materials. After 24 hours, the adhesive is ready for final curing and acquires a strong bond.
