Needlepunch FeltUltrasonic Pattern, Hydrophilic, and Hydrophobic Applications
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

In our production facilities, mechanical needling technique is available between 90 g/m² to 300 g/m² and up to 320 cm width. Different combinations can be achieved according to the width. It can be used in furniture, home textile, and packaging industries. Standard color options include white, black, grey, beige, and cream. Special colors options are avaiable for orders of 5 tons and above. Various applications can also be worked in the fabric according to customer requests and needs.We can apply ultrasonic patterns, hydrophilic, and hydrophobic features, and printing to the Needlepunch Felt fabrics.

Mattress Protector
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

attress Protector is a liquid-proof fabric produced by laminating different types of terry fabrics with different types of films using Hot Melt or Coating methods. Our company can produce drawsheets with ultrasonic bonding method upon request. Cotton, polyester, bamboo and Tencel are among the most preferred fabric types in Mattress Protector production. All our products have successfully passed the washability tests at 90 degrees.

Flexo Print
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Flexo Printing Technique can be applied on our products, in line with customer request. The technique can easily be applied onto many different materials. In Felxo Printing Techniques, the pattern is engraved on the cliche as bulges, and these bulges transfer the ink on to the material to be printed. Flexo Printing can be applies on Spunbond, PEVA Film, Laminated Products and Needlepunch Felt (minimum weight 30 g). Fabrics with a maximum width of 160 cm can be printed in our Flexo Printing lines, with a maximum of 4 color options. Company name, logo, or a different design can also be added to the fabric upon request. The biggest advantage of the Flexo printing technique is its low-cost compared to the other printing techniques.

Digital Printing
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Digital printing technique can be applied on the materials resistant to 220ºC heat and above. Diaper backsheet, quilted bedspread, children s play tent, tablecloths, baby bibs, slippers, kitchen aprons, children s play mats can be produced from our digitally printed nonwoven materials.

BASAL s Polyethylene & Peva film products, which are produced with the Cast film technique, offer high strength, liquid tightness, and airtightness even at low weights thanks to the special recipes and the techniques we use during production. PE & PEVA film products are used as film and lamination material in many different sectors. In our company, production is carried out under hygienic conditions and in standard quality. PE & PEVA film products can be producted up to 220 cm width in accordance with sectoral demands. (Different combinations between 150 cm to 220 cm are also available) There are various color options available. On demand, thickness advantage can be achieved by giving the product Embos feature during production. AREAS OF USE Medical: PE & PEVA film products are usually used as tablecloth for surgical instrument tables. The films can also be laminated with absorbent fabric to provide liquid-proof feature.
